Condition: various chips to red decorations around each vase, discoloration to tops and enamel peeling to one from an earlier repair, the red decorated handle separating from sides, various surface debris, the stands irregular-sized possibly later and made for the vases,  the stands with chips and scratches, and significant repairs, circa 1990s
