You may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, plus free return shipping if the return is a result of our error in shipment processing. We will respond within 24 hours during business hours Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST, with instructions for how to begin your return request. You may be asked to provide images of the product you received in the event of a return requesting from a processing error on our part.
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to packing and shipment. If an item arrives damaged, we will file all necessary insurance claims on the product damage. In order to process your refund under these circumstances, we will request the item be returned to us along with images of the shipping box, and any damage to the item as it arrived to you. In order to process your return, we must be notified of this damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Important Information on Returns
It is the responsibility of the customer to review all written condition reports and item descriptions presented on Artzze.com. Artzze will not honor a refund as a result of the customer assuming a mandatory process of manufacturing, authorship, product authenticity, subjective opinion of a product flaw or condition, or from a result of “buyer’s remorse”. In the statement of product defects and flaws, varying degrees of a products condition for vintage and antique items may be subjective and, as such, subjective opinion on the varying degree of an item’s condition may vary from product to product. Products may be repaired or have damage not visible during time of inspection.
Returns and refund requests related to an item’s condition are at the sole desecration of Artzze. The statement of authorship or attribution of a product is presented as our opinion. Refunds will not be grated if a differing institution, appraiser, or other professional deems otherwise of our opinion of a product once it is received by a customer. We advise all customers to take necessary steps to conduct due diligence prior to purchase.
Missing Packages
Please report missing packages to our support center as soon as possible. After 45 days from the shipment date, any deliveries will no longer be accepted for refund. Please note in shipping cases where the shipping company's website states that your order has been delivered, is awaiting customer pickup, or is awaiting payment of customs duties, the customer is responsible for retrieving their packages from the shipping provider. We are not able to refund orders for shipments deemed lost by a customer under these circumstances. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping providers are considered delivered. Artzze is not liable for products under a refund request of “item not received” for non-delivery in this case.
Processing Refunds
For all accepted returns, customers should expect to receive their refund within 5 to 10 business days of returned delivery. Please note, there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Artzze.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled, or if additional information is needed to process your order.
Order Shipments and International Orders
Artzze provides worldwide shipping. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, as some products cannot be shipped to specific international destinations. When you place an order, we may need to estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available in your area.
Also, all shipments will need to include tracking and insurance, and in certain cases a signature may be required. For our customers’ safety we are unable to send products without tracking and insurance. For international shipments, we are required to state the full value of package contents. Customs duties may be due upon receipt to the recipient. In the event of a refund request, we are not able to refund any customs duties imposed on the recipient.
Artzze ships using most logistics carriers. In the event of international shipments, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. All of these charges must be paid by the buyer. Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer assumes full liability for all costs involved in the process, and no return shall be granted under the request for failure to comply with your country’s customs and import regulations.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide customs charges estimates. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are necessary which may affect the delivery estimation time.
In accordance with customs regulations, please note that Artzze cannot list purchased items as a gift or indicate an amount lower than the actual product price.
Order Processing
We have a 1 to 2 business day turnaround time when shipping a customer’s order. In certain instances, larger items may require an additional business day to prepare and pack. Upon shipment, customers are provided with a tracking number for their shipment.
Once a customer’s order is shipped from our facilities, it is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company to deliver products to our customers. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer, and all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer and insured by the third-party logistics carrier. In the event of liability claim, all claims are limited to the purchase price of the customer order.
Artzze is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions or other events. We advise customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their order; taking into account weekends, holidays, and extraordinary weather circumstances.
For orders of more than one item, we may divide your order into several packages at our own discretion. Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.
If a delivery fails for any reason and the re-address sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, Artzze cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us. All attempts will be made to contact the customer.
Please report any missing package complaints to our Support Center as soon as possible. After 60 days from the shipment date, delivery/returns will not be accepted for any compensation. Please note that this is not applicable to shipping cases where the shipping company's website states that your order has been delivered, is awaiting customer pickup, or is awaiting payment of customs duties.
